"Beautifully executed update on a historic home in the quiet part of Arezzo. Stefano is an amazing host. There is darling old family-owned cafe right across the street for coffee and pastries. No ac, but we were there in 95 degree end of June/july and fans kept us very comfortable. Although… keep in mind we are from Texas and are used to heat. We stayed here so we could access all the Tuscan towns we wanted to explore. All within 40mins-1.5 hrs drive. The home is in a ZTL zone, but parking is very close by. It’s super safe here and Arezzo’s centre city is lovely. There is a gem of a garden in back to enjoy each morning and evening. I would have packed up Spritz, the dog, and taken him back to the US with us if I could have pulled that off without Stefano knowing. We flew into Florence, drove to Arezzo and on our last day left our car at the Arezzo rental drop and then took an easy high speed train to the Amalfi coast from there. "

"This is a quirky spot in a building where attention has been paid to every aspect of the design. The room was interesting and comfortable with the only slight downside being that the bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a wall which is not to everyone’s taste. It’s in a great location in a stylish shop and cafe and an interesting, historic palazzo. I would definitely recommend"

"Charming hotel right on the town square. Modern bathroom, great water pressure. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Good air conditioning. Check-in with Simona next door was delightful and included a free glass of wine."

"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "
