"Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great. "We made the mistake and didn’t check for AC when we booked. It was all our fault. Although I sent 2 emails asking about it before our arrival date, I never got a reply. The result was that during our week stay we couldn’t sleep, eat or relax because of the high temperature inside the house. In my opinion, this should only be a winter house."

Les équipements extérieurs ne sont pas au niveau des standards. Trop d’objets traînent un peu partout. La salle de bain du bas n’est pas très aérée. Et la douche fuit sur le carrelage. "There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend"
