“We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.”

Starting from the beginning, when first arrived to the hotel, they picked up our bags, showed us around the property and responded any questions that we had. Elisa was amazing! She showed us around the property, he gave us recommendations of where to go in Siena, and was super friendly and welcoming! The hotel has excellent amenities and everything that you need. “This property has been under renovation for the past few years, with about another year of construction still to go. They are transforming an old winery into what will eventually be a 5- or 6-star resort, complete with a spa and other amenities. We stayed for two nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and booked a family suite. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, and the kids’ fold-out bed was large and surprisingly comfortable as well. The bathroom was brand new and had a door……
