“Very well located in the heart if the Tuscany region.”

“No Heat, No Host Communication and Awkward. We got lucky with check in that the daughter answered the door and let us in. We never saw the host. I thought this was more of a hotel or bed and breakfast than a room in someone's house as it was. We ordered a double room and it was three rooms on the third floor of the property (One being the daughter of the hosts room) and two rooms that we did stay in and a shared bathroom. The daughter did not share the bathroom but it was clear it was hers……

“Everything was great. The only minor issue was getting up late and not having a lot of options for breakfast the first morning. I would’ve also loved a toaster but not a deal breaker. The in is charming and historical and the town is quaint. ”

“The room and adjecent kitchenette across the hall was lovely for our overnight stay. Location was central and within walking distance to everything. No parking on site, which was not an issue for us to walk with our bags from the car. We were told where to park the vehicle overnight and had no concerns.”

“A nice owner who provided clear tour information; a nice house, nice environment and atmosphere; but have noise from the street in the early morning. If the room or anywhere in the house could provide water boiling machine or hot water (even no breakfast), it would be good.”
