"Beautiful property and very friendly helpful staff"

"Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

"Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night."

"Top notch! Spacious rooms, grand hallways with high curved ceilings, grand and indulgent breakfast where we sat out on the stone terrace. Large bathroom with two sinks. Very spacious bedrooms that overlook gardens and the Tuscan countryside. Helpful staff who assisted with our rental car issue (Budget)—dead battery. Historic cloister. We took Nonna Chiana’s cooking class nearby—fabulous! Then meandered on a short drive. Glad we did Not stay inside Siena. This was memorable. Peaceful. We bought pizza and wine one night and sat out on the terrace with the sunset."

"Our stay was totally amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always with a smile. The property itself is very cute with great view and nice pool area. The breakfast was served in a nice room with quite some variety. We loved every bits of our stay and I could only recommend it ! Thank you "
