「The Mallard Hotel faces a beautiful mountain view! There is no staff on-site. No lobby or personnel. You can text the Hotel number and get any questions answered in a few minutes. The room air conditioner was on and cooling very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We loved the weight of the covers, not too light, not too heavy. The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in...

「Good」

「My family came down to visit our son and stayed 3 nights. It was the best experience. I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again!」

「I don't recall the cabin looking like the one I stayed in. I am a 6'4", 250 lb. guy, unfortunately everything was too small. IE: the shower was like showering in an MRI; the sink and mirror were way too low, I had to, literally crouch to shave. There was no place to set your luggage to unpack, and there was no place to store your clothing when unpacked. I was unable to figure out the t.v. and finally got a channel to watch. I asked how to use the t.v, never got a response, in all fairness I did...

「Quiet, spacious, many commodities, comfortable, AC and heating in good working condition, well equipped.」

「We stayed for a night at this quirky little place outside Tellico Plains. Hosts were delightful and informative. "Premier room" was wonderful with large jacuzzi, king size bed, and thermostat controlled gas fireplace. High clerestory window was great for watching the full moon but not so great in morning sun. But the place is made for early risers chasing nearby waterfalls and cruising the mountain roads. Outside areas included nicely decorated sitting areas and a game room with pool,...

「AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms.」

「Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

「Cabin was exactly as desxribed. Very cute and cozy. Host was awesome.」
