We have stayed here multiple times. This time, the room was not stocked, the table was missing, no hair dryer, no tissues, etc. it did have towels and shampoo/conditioner. I did call and they got a hair dryer and 2 hangers when I called them. The code entry wasn’t working so we had to keep track of a key this time. The workers that are staying there are okay. Our neighbor had a loud girlfriend all night one night but otherwise okay. We will probably give it one more chance as we are there a couple times a year.

I traveled constantly for many years and have stayed at hundreds of different properties, and at this price point, The Mallard Hotel is among the nicest I’ve stayed in. Clean, comfy, modern and a nice covered seating area outside with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Cheep stained towels, broken toilet seat that they said would be fixed our 2nd day but never. Happened. No functioning elevator. Had mold in one of the ceramic coffee cups. We were there 2 rooms for 2 days. Code they gave us for both supply rooms didn’t work. We couldn’t get extra towels or TP or coffee cups. It’s basically 50 year old property with some freshening up but it was dated. Blackened areas on the wal. Paint left me wondering if it was excessive wear or dirt. Bed was ok and the patio area was nice. However I would only stay again if I had too.

Great spot

Very good location for a one night stay on a longer drive. The hotel itself has been updated and the rooms are nice generally. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the building has a beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
