"Overall comfortable, clean and bright. Our tv went out about 30 min before the final march madness game. I was told someone would be up in 15 min and they didn’t show up till 1 hr or more later. Guy just walked in. Other than that, no issues. "

"Overall our stay was amazing. Here are a few things that made it great/not-so great: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- star ratings- 5/5- The pool area was amazing. My kids would have spent their whole vacation there. The area surrounding the pool where you can relax and watch your children is inviting and plentiful. 5/5- Dining- The breakfast “buffett” was terrific. The food was constantly being restocked and there was a big selection on what to eat. The staff was nice, helpful and overall excellent. The dining at the restaurant was also great. We ordered the chips and dips and chicken tenders. The dips were delicious and the chicken tenders were the best I have ever had! The service was good. 2/5- Housekeeping. Although they were nice, they forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row. We did not have a “do not disturb” sign on our door (we didn’t even have one in our room). We had to call the front desk 3 times for tissues, to have our garbage removed and to have our room cleaned. 5/5- Hotel overall- it was very clean and the elevators were nice. The rooms are beautiful, huge bathroom, plenty of storage, nice balcony, and well lit. There’s a fun little game area to play in and the hotel is decorated gorgeously. 5/5- Location- close to everything 5/5- Staff- the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. They helped me take one of the Margaritaville bikes for a ride. "
