“Beautiful setting and property.”

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“Great report. The views are fantastic, the staff is amazing. The amenities are really nice. The drive up the mountain is kind of a pain but so worth it.”

“Finding the entrance was a bit challenging. The entrance to the parking area is not clearly visible so we drove around in a few circles looking for how to get to the hotel. Parking is also valet only (and quite expensive per night), not sure if that was disclosed when I initially booked? The room is VERY small, would stick to one person per room. If you have two people it may be worth the extra expense to find somewhere with a little more square feet (I couldn't even open my suitcase fully ). I……

“Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at……

“This was the first time we had online check in. I am older and needed assistance. The person was truly great! She was patient, clear and respectful while she walked me through check in process. The facility was beautiful! Clean and quiet! The pool area was super nice and we spent time there. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge area. We watched the thunder and lightening each night up there. Our room was very nice! We had a kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying there again!”

“Nice hotel with close proximity to restaurants and activities… could walk to the Island (very nice area with lots to do). Free gated parking and awesome breakfast buffet. Cost decent compared to other hotels in the area. Only cons to this hotel is The Island can get a bit loud on a Friday night and the rooms were a bit dated (only a bit). Good bed and air condition. I would stay here again, experience was a good one! ”

“The breakfast was top notch - a seriously good spread…. Pool was really cold but bar and bartender and atmosphere up on the roof pool deck was awesome. All the staff were also amazing!”
