「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「Gorgeous hotel!! The staff were so helpful and friendly ! Spotless and food was delicious Can’t wait to go back there again ! Don’t hesitate to book this resort !」

「The Margaritaville Island Inn is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the breakfast offerings were not extensive, the food was always fresh and hot. Ample free parking was located at the hotel site. The location is wonderful--just across a bridge from The Island and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Leconte Center. I would recommend booking a room on the Island side. We were on the parkway side and experienced some road noise at times....

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「Awesome experience! My wife and I stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary and now plan to go back every year. Everything was perfect, in true Dolly fashion!」
