"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly attentive and always available to assist with our needs. We especially loved the convenience of the on-site coffee shop, which served great coffee and delicious food. The hotel decor is stunning, and the rooms are beautifully unique. We did have two minor concerns: the fitness center was uncomfortably hot with no air circulation or accessible thermostat, and the elevator was out of order during our checkout, which required us to carry our bags down four flights of stairs. While these maintenance issues were inconvenient, they didn't ruin our experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here."
