“We spent a night at Stallion. The one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment was spacious, spotless clean, and comfortable for three of us. The location was very close to Amtrak station and the surroundings were safe and walkable. The host was very hospitable, communicative, responsive, flexible, and considerate. We enjoyed staying at this beautifully designed and maintained hotel. We highly recommend the hotel for travelers who look for a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay in Memphis.”

“it is absolutely ridiculous that this hotel charges a “resort fee” . there is no resort. no pool, nothing. if u want more per room charge more but this mickey mouse stuff is dumb. in addition, u should clearly state this Before a reservation is placed”

“The front desk staff is incredibly not helpful and there never is someone at the desk and always have to wait for them to get there. Their phone calling is terrible I called to recive a receipt and they kept putting me on hold not answering my question and ignoring the call”

“This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.”

“Parking garage entrance was awkward at best. Room thermostat was centrally controlled versus direct control in the room. Awkward and not customer focused. Would not recommend this hotel. ”

“The hotel was in a perfect location, its is about 3 blocks from Beale. There is a cool hotel bar with live music and great staff”

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”

“Came for a Beale Street long weekend. The Westin is the closest we could find with a nice room, good linens, and quiet halls in the evenings. We will stay again. ”

“It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would……

“We loved our room. It was exceptionally clean with well- throughout amenities. Only thing that was even a little annoying was the sounds of traffic and surrounding entertainment. This went into the wee hours of the morning, but we still had a pretty restful night!”
