「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips to do in the area. I also liked the shuttle service to Graceland that was offered. Breakfast was good. The room needed to be vacuumed better. It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up. 」
