“They allowed us to checkin early and when our plans changed and we needed to leave one night early they refunded us the night which was very appreciated. The sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable but the floor plan is a little odd. One has to enter the bedroom to use the only bathroom.”

“Everything about this place is fabulous. Staff are outstanding, location is marvelous, nearby restaurants/shops are outstanding! The welcoming glass of champagne upon arrival was deeply appreciated. I cannot wait to visit the River Inn soon! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.”

“The brunch and breakfast buffet was incredible the wait staff were the most knowledgeable about the city itself would stay no where else in Memphis the hotel transforms you back into time when things where elegant and beautiful and those ducks love them.”

“This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.”

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”

“It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would……
