“We really love this property. It truly was like the outdoors inside. I really liked the screened in porch with the rocking chairs. The room was amazing and so was the jacuzzi tub. I wish the fireplace would have put out warm air but it looked realistic. The complimentary snack basket was a nice surprise. We ate at both restaurants and the food was delicious. The breakfast portions were huge and we definitely could have shared. We got there early but had to wait to check in. We wish the guy at……

“Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. ”

“My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable.
The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service.
When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers……
