“All around amazing property”

“Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

“It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.”
