“First and foremost, kudos to Alex and his wonderful wife, two of the most engaging hoteliers my wife and I have ever encountered...and we have traveled the world. We were immediately made to feel at home and treated like old friends. The room we stayed in was exquisitely designed and appointed. “Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.”

Breakfast was just okay. nothing noteworthy. Juice machine was out of order. Only stayed one night so tolerated inconveniences.”

“Comfortable hotel but difficult to get into due to 10 steps up to get to main entrance in either front or back of hotel. Tough for seniors and definitely not for handicapped. They do offer a decent breakfast that is included with room fee. Much cheaper to book with hotel than any booking site. Close to freeway exit with many fast food or restaurants nearby.”
