「Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold when we arrived. Room 301. The air unit wasn’t on so we walked over to turn it on and the whole carpet was soaked, assuming that’s why it was off because while on it just continued to leak or condensate all over the carpet, no doubt causing mold issues. 「The smell in the rooms wasn’t great. One was overly perfumed and the other smelled moldy. Both rooms had broken bathroom doors. The bathroom door in our room had a broken handle and you had to raise the lid of the toilet to be able to open and close the door fully. Well, not fully because then you were trapped in the bathroom due to the broken door handle. There was a large hole in the ceiling that I think was meant to be covered by the light fixture. Some of the outlets didn’t work.」

More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.」
