Crossville Palace Theater Hotels

"The sheets/blankets weren’t clean. We had to go to Walmart to get blankets. The bathroom surprisingly was the cleanest place in the whole room. There was a weird wet spot in the floor, I think it was from the fridge as it was unplugged and cut off when we arrived. The containers that the breakfast snacks were in were not clean, hot tub was literally a tub w/ hot water, no jets no nothing & needed cleaning. Ceilings looked like they were gonna fall out. Def could’ve been a better and cleaner experience especially for what we paid for the weekend. They had so many rules also- including telling us we couldn’t take anything from the breakfast area to our room which I thought was weird. The guy manager was good but besides that, that’s the only good thing out of the weekend. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Very clean, set back for the privacy and quiet we were looking for. Brooke responded very quickly to any inquiry we sent, even let us know that the house was cleaned earlier than anticipated and we could check in early if we got to the area prior to check in time. Would definitely recommend. "
