The Staff was very nice and helpful ! The pool is amazing and great for kids!! The balcony has a great view and the parking is great and free, the room was very clean and neat and they made sure we were taken care of!

Listen, let’s call it what it is, it’s a cheap place to stay in a great location. If you’re looking for a five star hotel, go stay at a five star hotel. This place is for those of us who were literally going to be sleeping here and that’s it. It’s not super clean, the staff could do way better in that area, and frankly they should, bc it’s griped about in almost every review, but other than that, it’s fine. It’s easy to get in and out of, it has breakfast and it’s a pretty good price.

The night shift desk clerk, Hugh, did everything in his power to make our accommodations the best they could be. He should be commended. All the staff were kind but he was just exceptional.

this place was nothing like it was described, the pool was very dirty the building so old with mold smell the breakfast room not clean the rooms carpet nasty definitely not coming back, the staff not friendly the room was not ready the room key didn’t work the doors super dirty and bad shape, the hotel was not wat you see it.

The indoor pool was nice but the hotel is run down bad, the bathtub and sink stopper were missing, one elevator was the only one working. The ice machine was broken and they only had one for the entire hotel. Half of the time no one was at the front desk. Children were running and screaming in the hallway after 11:00 pm

When we walked into our room, there was a smell. I had brought lysol and sprayed the room and turned the air on. This seemed to help, but the smell was still noticeable. Checked the sheets on both beds and found yellow stains on them, so sprayed all the bedding down. The bathtub didn't looked like it had been cleaned and their were marks on the bathroom walls and the tile floor wasn't the cleanest. The staff seemed fine at check in and check out. Parking was good.

The room definitely was not clean and it needed a lot of repairs. My autistic son stayed sick the entire time and we are sure it came from the mold around the windows and door facing and the black above the tub. There were a few roaches beebopping around. The furniture, curtains, wallpaper and fixtures all had things wrong with them. The only positive thing to say was the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was decently priced and clean. There was garbage from other guests they left around the pool areas a lot could potentially use someone picking up in those areas a little more frequently but other than that was a great stay!

The property is quite old and in the process of renovation. The staff is amazing. The lobby needs some updates but it was very clean, as was the rest of the property. Our room was not yet renovated but it was spotless and everything worked, the TV was a little sketchy. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. Overall it was a nice stay for the price.

The pictures do not accurately reflect this hotel. The side entrance to the hotel has a missing lock so cannot be locked. The heated pool was cold. You have to walk down 3 flights of stairs to get to the pool. The 2nd elevator was out of order. The hot tub was closed and the water a little yellow. The lazy river was warm. The pool area was dirty with little pieces of concrete both in the pool and surrounding. The bathrooms down at the pool were closed. Our room had 1 bath towel and only 1 lightbulb, which was thankfully in the lamp between the beds. We had to leave due to a medical emergency but I wasn't too sad to leave. Very disappointed.

The pictures do not reflect the conditions the hotel is in . Pictures of pool and lazy river looked nice but it was not as it was so small and you had to walk down three flights of stairs as elevator was out . Room not clean . Dust hanging from ceiling, carpet was dirty with huge dark stains . The only thing positive was the friendly staff .

There really were no positives from our stay at this establishment. First off they are going through a total overhaul of the property. One that should have been done in the early 2000’s. The outside pool/ hot tub was not even useable and totally disgusting to even look at. Should be drained if not usable. The inside pool/ hot tub/ lazy river was almost as bad. The hallways were filthy and not just from the construction. The room was large. The hair dryer was resting on a screw in the wall. I have never seen a toilet that was only about 14” including the seat off the floor. We waited for 2 hours for towels because our room did not have any and management did not have access to the laundry. The stench from pot was all over the halls and the balconies. Hopefully when the remodel is done in 2030 this will be a nice place to stay.
