We found this location to be clean and well-staffed from Front Desk to Wellington's for food. Room was easy to use and we liked the bathroom layout. Parking was easy with 2-story garage dedicated to Carnegie customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience at the Carnegie Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The entire hotel has such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Great service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was great and the staff were pleasant. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was fine but not anything memorable. Lots of road noise and a regular train can be heard from the room.

Hotel is very clean. Nice rooms with cozy, soft mattress. Bathroom is large with two sinks and also separate tub and shower. Nice restaurant on main floor with reasonable prices.

Room was super clean and comfortable. We went for our honeymoon night which we mentioned at check-in and they did a complementary upgrade from a King room to an Executive Suite. We were treated wonderfully. It was super quiet no sound from other rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant Wellington‘s downstairs and it was superb! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best place to stay in Johnson City. Absolutely gorgeousl w/that classic, high-end feel without being stuffy. The rooms are super clean and quiet, and having Wellington’s and Austin Springs Spa right there on-site is a huge plus. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes everything so easy. This hotel is unlike any other you will find in East Tn! It exudes charm and character, and is staffed with wonderful, helpful, accommodating personnel! The bar and restaurant there are fabulous, and the room and bath were charming, large, and comfortable. All this in a gorgeous area! We will be going back!
