「Pros: The location was convenient. The room was cleaned daily. Staff was very pleasant. The AC worked great. The road noise wasn't terrible at all. The pool was very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Cons: I stayed for 6 nights and the sheets were never changed. The mop water is not changed between rooms which leaves the floors rather tacky feeling. On my very last night I found 2 live cockroaches and 1 dead that was under the drawer in the nightstand...

There was NO carts to bring in luggage. The clerk said there were ONLY TWO for the entire property and could not locate either one. We had to carry 2 loads of luggage and we are 65+. When we got to our room, there was no coffeemaker in the room. The TV appeared to be in the process of dying (3 big dots on one side of the screen). The...
