「We found a can of soda in the fridge when we first came in the room, which really shocked us. Due to the fully booked hotel, the service they gave were limited as well. But overall this was a pleasant stay.」

「I just want to note some things about the room. The bathroom smelled like mildew upon arrival. There is a hole in the wall on the wall behind the room door. A piece of the front door is missing when entering the room. There was something red in the wall to the right upon entering the door. The bathroom floor and lower wall has lots of wear and tear. 「The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.」

「When we checked in there was no one at the desk which required us to wait for several minutes. The bed frame had a piece of it sticking out the side on which my wife cut her leg. The breakfast wasn’t bad, however all they had to drink was coffee or hot tea. They had cereal which meant there had to be milk somewhere. It took a trip to the front desk to ask about it. The desk attendant went to get someone from the kitchen staff who finally brought out a few cartons of milk. The hotel wasn’t bad...

「After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful.」
