I have to say, as an Expedia Platinum Member, I am disappointed in the hotel's overall performance, especially given its rating of 8.8/10 on Expedia. There are several things that I really like about the hotel, but seem overshadowed by the overall condition and cleanliness of the room. The bathroom wasn't clean... the toilet was DEFINITELY NOT clean and the shower was very dingy! The furniture was badly worn and definitely needs replacement. I can honestly say, that was a terrible bed. It was like sleeping on 2 sets of box springs. The amount of squeak in the frame would have very likely kept up the patrons next door to us. I will say the property and halls seem to indicate somebody really takes pride in common areas. However, with the number of issues in this room, I felt like the room was a let down after seeing the common areas. I can't say for sure if this is an isolated incident, but wonder about other rooms?
