The hotel itself was great, but the staff was incredible! I love they replaced your towels at Hilton properties now every day. But from the maintenance staff to the person who hosted the breakfast to the front clerks, and all around the staff was wonderful! We loved Freda from breakfast,. Helpful and personable beyond expectation! The front desk staff was amazing! Mae, Marie, Beth, and I believe there was one other one that were there while we were there went all out to assist us! We have been to this hotel many times because we have family in Mount Zion, but this may have been the best stay yet!

I’d like to say that Freida was so hospitable and friendly, made me happy and welcome to be there! Wonderful service from her! Otherwise, only complaint is that my room door lock didn’t seem to fit/work. I understand that renovations were happening but the room turn lock is important to feeling safe! I was in room 425

The hotel was overall very nice! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and fitness center were nice and there was a variety of item choices for the complimentary breakfast. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay at this hotel again!
