「Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not.」

Easy walking to amazing and historical architecture in all directions, including Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, the Coloseum, and even the Vatican for a little extra distance. Tons of amazing restaurants and gelato places. Climbing stairs is required to get to the unit.」

「Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma.」

「The bathroom ceiling beam was extremely low. All three of us hit our heads on it multiple times during the night when using the bathroom, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. Although the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, there is still another flight of stairs to reach the rooftop suite. Carrying large luggage up the stairs was very inconvenient. These was not mentioned anywhere in the room description or photos. There was also no table or proper surface inside the room to place...

「Staff was very nice. Transportation is required for any type of shopping as you are a few kilometres away from any shopping areas other than that everything else was excellent」

「The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it.」

「The property was great, aside from the insanely steep stairs that were a bit shocking upon arrival, I may have missed it but my elderly mother wasn’t prepared for that hike when we got in. All in all H77 Is fantastic and I would 100% stay again just without my mother」
