「We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit confused on having to pay cash for taxes when we arrived. VRBO mislead us and told us we didn't have to, but in reality we did. Our host was so kind when we had to apologize for the misinformation from VRBO. I would stay at this property again. But don't know if I will be using VRBO ever again!! They need to train their customer support better.」

「We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. 」

「Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25...

「入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。」
