Clean and well preserved space, located near to the Rome termini station. Getting in/out of the room is not bad considering the age of the building. The negative experience I had here isn't the property in itself, but to their digital security. It seems like my data got leaked prior to my stay. I started receiving scam-related Whatsapp messages post-booking claiming that I need to provide x, y, z details to a suspicious link, and it also contained my exact reservation dates and contact information. I notified this to the property via Expedia chat, but I didn't get proper solution from the property on how they plan to mitigate this data leak.

Booked same day last minute only hours before arrival in Rome. The only missing part was the floor number : 2. Others in the building helped me find my way and incredibly hospitable locals in the building itself. Check in was super easy, checked in 2 hours early without issue. Room was spotless, bed was great. Location super convenient for travelling by train and Osteria restaurant downstairs run by charming hosts and great service and food until late if you need an afternoon nap. All in all best place I could’ve landed for the night. Bravo

Staff easy to contact! Overall comfortable space to stay! If booking through hotels.com be mindful that information (phone number and email) is not shared, making it hard for them to contact you. We struggled with getting the code to check in because of this, however we messaged through WhatsApp and they answered right away with the information. Safe area to stay with many great restaurants walking distance!

We recently stayed here and can’t fault it, the room we had was lovely, small but plenty of space for a couple! We had a balcony room which we loved. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. It’s quite a few stairs to get up to the rooms but there is a lift, we didn’t use it though as it looked very old! The owner was great, even though we didn’t really see many staff the whole trip they were really amazing at contacting us and giving us all the info we needed via the chat service they use. It’s in a great area, super close to Termini station and within walking distance of most big monuments, around 20 mins to colosseum, trevi fountain etc.. only thing that let it down was that the coffee machine was broken and leaked a bit so would be good to get that fixed! Thanks for our stay!
