The first room they gave us had a toilet that was running not stop. The handle on the sink faucet was dirty. They gave us another room and the shower curtain rood was loose and falling forward. The staff were friendly.

It was very clean and roomy. The things I didn’t like it took forever for the shower to get hot and no water pressure and the tv is to small and slow for the room other than that it’s great

Room was not clean at all. We ended up changing from one room that was disgusting with stains everywhere, to a different one that was slightly better but still not up to par. We were honestly scared to put our things down or shower. Luckily we always bring cleaning supplies when we travel, so we ended up just cleaning it ourselves. Something was going on with the air where it kept turning off in the middle of the night as well. We've stayed here before and the experience was much more pleasant, but this time they definitely dropped the ball.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Hot tub was out of order and was one of the biggest reasons why we chose this location. Big disappointment. They should make this known, at check-in or before, to give people an option to look elsewhere.

I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and instead of making me go through a long and painful call with Expedia to rebook, the manager resolved the problem without that hassle. The motel was clean. My only problem was the tub was very slick and I nearly fell out of it when showering. It needs a rubber mat or something before someone gets hurt.

For the price, this was a fantastic hotel. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is bc in our room there was a stench coming from the mini fridge area. It smelled like a dead mouse or something like that. We didn’t see anything of that sort but we’ve smelled that before. The couple that checked us in were great. Friendly and very accommodating. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Clean place and the breakfast was great! The property was recently changed from a springhill suites by Marriott to a comfort suites. Booking through a third party, they were nice enough to honor my stay which I had booked way in advance. No problems on my end, staff was also great!
