“I stayed during a heatwave and the property had no AC making the room impossible to sleep in. The room was also infested with mosquitos and tiny bugs, in the morning had multiple bites across my skin and had an extremely uncomfortable night. The second night I decided to leave as it was pointless to try to sleep and just took the earlier coach home. Staff were very kind, however there was nothing they could do as the hotel is just not in good enough condition.”

“The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind……

“Plenty of parking available, the staff were friendly and helpful. The actual accommodation is very tired and dated. The sink in the bathroom was totally cracked and in my opinion could be dangerous.”

“No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed……

“Nice clean room, got parked outside and was able to check-in early. Good choice of drinks, a well supported pub which is nice to see. Nice hot shower in the morning too.”

“I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday……

“I enjoyed my stay here: the location was great and the room was very spacious and it is close to everywhere, night foods and all.”

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“網上已付全數房費，出發前也跟酒店溝通好到達時間，但到埗後付過按金後，才被告知沒有房間，首晩被安排到離車站步行約20分鐘的另一間酒店，該酒店門外掛著的房間比我們預定的價格便宜約30%，該酒店位置偏僻、陰暗，門外公園有很多露宿者，早餐地點沒有保安，早餐時更被黑人瘋子騷擾。”
