“Very good accomodation in pleasant neighborhood with friendly host. Clear communication for check-in & out. Overall great stay!”

“After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. “Check-in was clear and straightforward, and the hotel is located close to many shopping areas and convenience stores. The hotel service was exceptionally attentive.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, making it very comfortable for a family stay. The location was also very convenient, only a few minutes walk to the underground. The only point downside was the air conditioning. The hotel only provides portable air conditioning. However, the room was still reasonably cool and comfortable. Special thank you for Akhil……

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Very good, clean, and comfortable room. The reception is very friendly and provided a lot of extra help to us.”
