The room was clean, though I didn't see any staff. There are lots of shops around, so it's noisy outside. They were cleaning the bins and streets. The room itself was pretty clean but a bit warm. It could really use AC and the floor is super squeaky.

The room was clean and service friendly, but the internet was slow, mattress was smaller than a standard double, and washrooms were shared, not private as advertised.

Luxury is quite a stretch - it’s much more cheap n cheerful, so if you just need a place to sleep, this will do. It’s in a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and good transport links. I had the ‘garden room’ on the top floor which overlooks the roof terrace and a ball games court, so didn’t have any road noise. The bed was comfortable, the decor better than most, and there’s even bottled water, tea and coffee sachets and biscuits, though the latter were out of date. The shared bathrooms two floors below and very small and a bit of a trek if you need to get up in the night. Check-in is over WhatsApp with door and room key safe codes shared.

So only thing holding on me giving it 5 stars was the hit and miss shower. However, the place was spotless and would we go back … most definitely if we needed somewhere to stop that end of London. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants locally, highly recommended cocktail bar up the road. And just a short tube ride from London Stadium and Westfield shopping.

Ser bättre ut på bild än irl. Stenhård säng. Ingen ventilation i sovrummet. Fin terrass.

Clean and comfy bed. A bit of confusion on check in but host got it all figured out and was very helpful and accommodating as was the site attendant. Room was quaint and cute. A note though is the bathroom is minuscule. If you are a larger person you would struggle with narrow staircases and bathroom. Saying this I would stay there again as I quite likes the room and a accommodating host.
