Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about this property. The only thing that we had an issue with was the “mandatory” online check in. We were travelling without cell phone access and the constant emails with this wording felt threatening, like we were required to complete it online or else lose the room. We contacted the front desk and were assured we were able to check in once we arrived in person which helped our anxiety, however the emails continued. It was all easy in the end, just anxiety provoking at the time.

Very nice hotel. As advertised. Lighting in the rooms not very good. Switches not easy to operate or unresponsive. One shower had no door and bathroom floor was soaked after shower. Very accommodating staff. Fuse short circuited in room and staff came to fix it immediately.
