Apartment was clean but reception was odd, very small reception at the end of a passage. Shower was ridiculously slow. Water flow heavily restricted and barely hot. Bed was fab but no tv channels, had to sign into my Netflix to watch something

Okay .. as a small business owner, i don't usually leave less than highest reviews, but because this hotel has (imo) inflated ratings i stayed here... Please note, across the four room block i reserved, the standard room was fine, even good. The 3 superior rooms are not good. They have beds crammed into rafters, if you're with drunk friends or several kids, this might be a good value, certainly for the proximity to transport (& the loud popular bars). I have no idea about building codes in London. But the superior rooms wouldn't pass code.

Good, spacious and good value option in Shoreditch

We had the "grand apartment" type room and it was very spacious and well equipped, like advertised. Three huge beds, kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee makers (but no dishwasher), airconditioning that worked very well. Some noise from the street at night since there are many bars nearby, but nothing sleep-ruining for us. Bathroom was small but functional. One aspect they should improve is their communication. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them as they never answered the phone when we tried to call and the contact form to send a message from their website did not work. However when you meet in person at the reception the staff is very friendly and helpful, no complaints.

Good location

Good location, near old street station and walking distance to many bars/restaurants. The room was lovely. However, the hotel itself had a strange smell. I also didn’t appreciate the person at reception asking me to put a good review online before I had even checked in. The tv in the room didn’t work and one of the towels had a stain on it.

Excellent accommodation and location

Excellent location near Liverpool street station. Stayed with family in the grand apartment. Comfortable beds with air conditioning. Separate kitchen & Sainsburys is 1 minute away. Would highly recommend for a family stay. Ryan in reception was very helpful also
