Cozy vacation home in southern Norway (Tromøy, Arendal) with a boat and a pier.

The hut is just a few minutes' walk from the sea. (approx. 250 meters) The pier is within walking distance, but you can choose to drive if you wish. Parking spaces are included. A rowing boat is included in the rental price. Motor can be rented at an additional cost. However, the holiday home is neither directly on the beach nor with a sea view.

The cabin has three bedrooms and a loft. The loft has four beds. (A double bed and a mattress on the floor.) In addition, you will find fully equipped bathrooms and kitchens with all amenities. Living room, dining room and kitchen in an open solution. It is almost five meters under the ceiling which gives a spacious feeling.

A large outdoor terrace on three of the four walls of the cabin with garden furniture, a barbecue and several seating areas invites you to pleasant gatherings from morning to evening. The cabin has good sun conditions.

The area is called Skarestrand and is a beautiful area on Tromøy with small beaches, fishing huts, busy boating, idyllic nature, rocky cliffs and beautiful hiking areas. A vacation or a change in this area is good for body and soul! Next to the hut you will also find the Raet National Park. The cabin is located in a scattered cabin area with minimal visibility into the cabin from surrounding cabins.

The boat takes you to the nearest archipelago such as Tromlingene (Raet National Park), but it is not intended for long-distance travel. There are also a number of rental companies in the Arendal area that offer rental of larger boats.

Zum Check in haben wir Vivienne persönlich getroffen. Es war alles wirklich sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles zu finden, was benötigt wird. Die Etagenbetten sind allerdings sehr klein, ca. 80 cm Breite und das Doppelbett und das Schlafzimmer sind auch eher klein. Das Bett auf dem Dachboden ist sehr schön, aber man kann dort nicht aufrecht stehen. Das Haus steht im Wald, andere Häuser sind in Sichtweite aber weit genug entfernt für Privatsphäre. Die sehr schöne Terrasse geht zu drei Seiten raus und ist teilweise überdacht. Möbel und Polster sind gut und ausreichend vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist ein Stück entfernt und über einen Waldweg erreichbar. Der Anleger mit dem kleinen Boot ist 10 min. Zu Fuß entfernt.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum relaxen und ein wahres Naturerlebnis

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Natur Norwegen`s. Das Haus ist, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viele verschiedene Plätze im Aussenbereich zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe und das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hatten das Boot für zwei Wochen mit gemietet und hatten doch den einen oder anderen Fisch an der Angel. Vivian und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und waren jederzeit bei Fragen bereit zu helfen. Es war definitiv nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort.

Peaceful, nice, perfect!

We enjoyed this nice cottage a lot. From the house, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the boat and 3-4 minutes to the parking. Bring your fishing gear for many nice catches and a big empty bucket for berries and mushrooms!

Wunderschönes Haus in Meeresnähe

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus und für uns ideal etwas abgelegen vom allgemeinen Verkehr. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und sauber! In der direkten Umgebung sind sehr viele schöne Orte in der Natur zu finden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus mit der vollen Sternezahl weiter.

Perfect place to relax

Lovely quiet cabin for a relaxed time. Enjoy the silence in this little house embedded in the surrounding Forrest. The sea is close by, just a little walk away. We really enjoyed this stay. The cabin is nice, cozy and complete.
