Great hotel in a very convenient location. The building itself is beautiful, the made-to-order breakfasts were excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We'd happily stay here again.

The entrance and lobby of the hotel were beautiful ! The room that we had was not well maintained, the shower curtains were broken and taped and the light in the room kept glitching... The staff is super friendly and helpful breakfast box for early check out was super !

Great hotel in a perfect location. The street is pedestrian, so there is no traffic noise, and all rooms are facing away from the street. All amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and professional, all in all, a very very nice place to stay in Arequipa. The building was originally a travertine mansion, with a wrought iron gate, a cool patio, arches, columns and all the aesthetics of the Spanish colonial style. Very glad to have found it!

Our stay at Los Tambos Colonial was perfect. Every member of the team was helpful and attentive and communication with them during booking was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, including arranging taxis and breakfast boxes due to an early start one morning. We recommend Los Tambos Colonial without hesitation.

El desayuno estaba bastante bien, el servicio también, pero creo que el costo era demasiado para el tamaño de las habitaciones y las condiciones generales del hotel. La ubicación si es buena, cerca de la plaza

This is the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Peru. Super location!!! Super building with a lot of character and super staff!!! We had to leave one day at 2:50 am and as we were exiting, a gentleman at the counter saw us leaving and asked us to wait a couple of minutes. He returned with two bags for breakfast to go. This was a great touch! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay, right at the center of Arequipa.
