“The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.”

“Overall it was good experience to stay in Colca lodge especially the thermal bath so close to natural. The room I stayed with water leakage from ceiling which need to be fixed ”

“Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.”

“Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at! We traveled with two kids and it was very convenient to have separate beds for each of them. The hotel is close to everything: historical center, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Great breakfast, clean room, laundry opportunity - everything is above and beyond! Would definitely stay there again!”

“No nos indicó los servicios que tiene el hotel, no sabemos donde se queda la piscina, ni restaurante. Queríamos un city bus tour pero solo nos dijo el precio, sin saber nada detalle. y el bus tour fue desagradable. ”
