Großzügiges mit tollem Blick

Wir haben einen Monat (Oktober-November) das Vergnügen gehabt, dieses schöne Haus bewohnen zu dürfen. Wir waren in dieser Zeit mit bis zu 5 Erwachsenen plus Kindern und zwei kleinen Hunden dort. Das Haus ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und noch großzügiger von den Raumverhältnissen, als wir erwartet hatten. Zum Beispiel hat fast jedes Schlafzimmer nicht nur das eigene Bad, sonder auch eine Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht.Und einen zusätzlichen Wohnraum (Spielzimmer) im Erdgeschoß. Wir haben die Küche und den Pool häufig benutzt. Auf unsere Anfrage nach der Kamin Benutzung haben wir Feuerholz erhalten. Auch durften wir die Obstplantage, hinter dem Haus, "plündern". Kommunikation mit den Vermietern erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert per WhatsApp. Natürlich ist das Haus und somit auch die Ausstattung nicht neu, so wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Unsere Empfehlung: es sollte in naher Zukunft etwas Geld in eine Modernisierung der Bäder investiert werden. Wir haben haben uns in diesem Monat sehr wohl, willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Daher können wir die Villa Demetra nur empfehlen. Vilen Dank für die schöne Zeit Elke & Michael

- großes Haus mit großem schönem Pool - genügend Hand-/Bade-/Pooltücher vorhanden - gepflegter Garten - gut erreichbar, gute Infrastruktur - schöner, einsamer Strand in kurzer Distanz - gute Lokale in der Nähe - schöner Blick aufs Meer und die Umgebung - Vermieter brachte gefüllte Tomaten/Paprika vorbei - danke! - Häuser stehen nahe beieinander (Lärm) - Klimaanlage kostet 5 Euro / pro Raum / pro Nacht zusätzlich

ons verblijf in Villa Demetra

zeer ruime woning met badkamer bij elke slaapkamer (4). goede keuken, mixer in de keuken zou welkom zijn; wel spijtig van de slechte matrassen, heeft voor rugpijn gezorgd. prima airco, prima zwembad en voldoende schaduw buiten, prachtig uitzicht. er is echter geen buitendouche terwijl verplicht douchen vooraleer in zwembad te gaan een regel is en regelmatig was het water buiten gewoon afgesloten.

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek

Dit is een fantastisch huis, vooral voor een gezelschap met kinderen. Zeer ruim en schoon en gelegen op een geweldige plek; rustig , maar op loopafstand van zee en op redelijk korte rijafstand van Polis, Paphos, de bossen en de stranden. Interieur is wat oud, maar alles werkt wel en het huis, tuin/zwembad en omgeving vergoeden alles.

Great vacation in villa Demetra

Our family, 7 people and a baby,have been 5 nights in this villa. The facilities of the villa and also the pool was fantastic (we recommend to add some shadow around the pool). The villa and all around the pool and the garden was clean. Elefenthria , the owner was alaways availabale and nice to answer our questions. There is a wonderful view from the pool and from every balcony. Nice beaches and restaurants around. We would surely like to come again.
