Small residence "Le Clos des Alberes", 2 storeys, built in 2017. 16 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: lift. Grocery 400 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 550 m, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 5 km, sandy beach 4 km, diving center 5 km. Sports harbour 6.5 km, golf course (27 hole) 13 km, riding stable 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Saint-Cyprien 6.5 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint-Cyprien, 10 km.
2-room apartment 33 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Air-conditioning. Terrace 8 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains.
