"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"My stay at this property was not what I expected. Had to deal with a lot of tiny ants in the property everyday, beds were old & creaky & communication with host was difficult at times. Host said ant issue was if there were crumbs left around (not the case) or because of the time of year…just an excuse to not resolve issue! Was told that I only needed to message them if we needed something & we asked for extra towels at start of our stay & never got them. TV didn’t work & again reached out to...

"The pictures do not do justice. The villa is even more gorgeous in person. There were so many amenities and activities on site. It is extremely clean and perfect for a large family. The host had excellent communication. He was able to answer any questions and helped make our stay even more perfect than we could have imagined. "
