“This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!”

“Ricky was very quick to respond to all of my questions! It was very clean & well stocked with anything you would need. We were in town for a Cubs game and it was an easy walk.”

“Exactly what I was hoping for, and looking very forward to coming back!”

“Amazing stay! Host was very accommodating to our travel schedule and communication was great even right up to the check in. Clean property, exactly as described. Already looking here for our next trip to Chi-town…..highly recommend!”

“Clean, quiet and safe which was important as I was a solo traveler. The studio served the purpose intended.”

“First off a partial refund was offered and now the host is radio silent, no refund Avoid if possible, arrived and check in was complicated at best, neighbors posted signs that were helpful, rear staircase dark, not properly lit at all. The "bunk room" and the main bedroom are the same. Bunks are gone. Also this is a garden unit (unclear from description) so the sidewalk is right outside the window of the main bedroom. When we arrived there were signs posted up and down the street about sewer……

“We stayed at Harry’s place for two nights, and I would honestly give this location 10 stars if I could, despite a couple of quirks. First, the value for money given the location is incredible. It’s a fantastic neighborhood that is well worth exploring on its own. It’s also super easy to take the train straight downtown. If it’s your first time in Chicago—like it was for us—and you want to genuinely experience the city and get a feel for how locals live rather than just seeing it through a……

“Great property!!! Would recommend!”

“Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV……

“Great location in Wrigleyville! Comfortable, clean, and very nicely decorated. Will definitely be back!”

“Anthony is a fantastic host. He was very prompt to answer messages/questions. Even with a small hiccup with our access he was great! The property was very clean and very well stocked to fit all of our needs. We had a fantastic time and it was perfect for adults and kiddos! We will definitely be back.”

“Excellent host…only thing small problem during visit and host fixed it within minutes of me reporting it.”

“The property was very nice. The neighborhood of Andersonville we could walk to so many places. I loved walking in the area. We took the train to two baseball games and to the loop. I would stay here again. Paul was a great host.”

“This is our go-to place in Chicago! Great locations with lots of great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store around the corner. Street parking isn't an issue. Justin is a great host: very communicative and helpful! He gave great recommendations for local bakeries when I asked.”

“Zero notes! Bolu was an awesome, super helpful communicator, which was very critical to our quick trip. Shower pressure was awesome, and the space was comfortable. No notes - would stay again!”

“We had a great stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated space. It was hard to leave. Once we figured out the designated parking, we were good to go! Off street parking felt like a luxury.”

“Very clean and perfect for our short stay! The building was very quiet and staff was super nice! So many places in walking distance to explore and the free permit parking was a lifesaver!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was great, the bed was super comfy, there was a lovely rain shower, and everything you might need was provided.”

“The home is a perfect getaway. It was so close to everything with lots to do in the area. A short walk to the train to get into Downtown which made it very easy. If you are Cubs fan and it is baseball season you would not be able to beat this location.”
