Sehr schöne Finca, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Sehr ruhig und abseits der großen Touristenzentren gelegen. Ein Mietwagen ist aber zwingend erforderlich.

Super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Pool.

Kleine Probleme wurden schnell und unkompliziert beseitigt. Wir haben mit dem Mietwagen tolle Ausflüge von der Finca aus gemacht und haben uns trotzdem jeden Mal gefreut auf die Finca zurück zukehren.

Erholsame Ruhe im Hinterland

schönes Haus in wunderschönen Umgebung, fernab von allem aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Von hier kann man die Insel entdecken und kommt aber immer gerne an diesen Ort zurück.

Toller Ort, tolle Umgebung, tolle Finca! Wir haben es sehr genossen und können die Finca sehr empfehlen. Die Katzenfamilie inkl. ;) Wir kommen wieder!

Super poolhus i ro og mag

Rigtig dejligt hus der ligger for sig selv ude på landet. Ligger på en lidt skånede grund med udsigt over markerne. Der er 5 aircondition i huset. 1 i hvert af værelserne og 2 i det store åbne køkkenalrum. Der var fin wifi og god internetforbindelse. TV pakken var “meget tysk”, men det var heller ikke derfor vi var der :-). Nærmeste mindre by - Ariany - var flot belyst om aften og man kunne nyde solnedgangen med bjergene i vest i baggrunden. Om aften nød vi at spise under en overdækket terrasse. Vi handlede meget af vores dagligvarer i Manacor i et særdeles godt supermarked Hiper Markt som både har egen slagter, fiske, oste og skinke bod. Hertil ganske stor vin afdeling med gode vine. Reelt den bedste afdeling af det supermarked på øen (2021). Kan anbefales til alle der gerne vil have et hus lidt for sig selv. For vores famile passede det godt her i slutningen af Coronaen - og så kunne vi kører ud og se noget.

Sehr schönes und neues Objekt.

Das Objekt ist sehr neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Betreuung der Finca ist sehr gut. Pool, Betten und Liegen sind sehr gut. Bei einem Aufenhalt von zwei Wochen, sollte jedoch eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten werden. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 15 min. entfernt.

An amazing holiday break

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it probably coming back again ourselves. Unfortunately, most restaurants were closed due to Covid-19 but we had a great time anyway. Perfectly located on the Island and close to most sightseeing places.

Ruhe und Natur

Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Finca Aubaco ist sehr gut ausgestattet, außen u. innen alles sehr sauber, gepflegt u. gemütlich. Sie liegt wunderbar ruhig auf dem Land, inmitten der Natur. Genau richtig, wenn man mal ausspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit frischem Obst empfangen, auch an Getränke hatte man gedacht, Wasser und Sekt standen im Kühlschrank bereit. Wir haben wundervolle Tage hier verbraucht.

Wirklich schöne Finca in toller Lage.

Eine wirklich schöne Finca in toller Lage, die durch die Fotografien zutreffend dargestellt ist. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch schöner. Alles ist hell, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Wer Ruhe sucht...

... wird sie im Aubaco finden. Etwas abseits in den Feldern gelegen, deshalb ohne Mietwagen nicht zu erreichen. Dafür Ruhe und Erholung pur. Alles wie auf den Bildern... keine Enttäuschungen - im Gegenteil! Nette und zuvorkommende Eigentümer! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Quiet location for a family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. If you like quiet location but not too far from beach and town by car in a modern and new villa then this is perfect. Everything was very easy and well managed, a perfect holiday.
