“To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this.……

“De astvrouw had de informatie niet op tijd doorgegeven waardoor we een uur hebben moeten zoeken. We hebben haar uiteindelijk met WhatsApp kunnen videocallen. Dat was dus wel wat omslachtig omdat we haar op voorhand een mail hadden gestuurd wanneer we aankwamen.”
