「The WiFi in room 1012 was useless , we complained twice to no avail」

Y decidí repetir por mi cumpleaños quería estar relajada y resulta que el aire acondicionado no funcionó desde el momento que llegamos, lo notifique y enviaron a un técnico que según lo arreglo y a la 1 de la madrugada se detuvo el aire y nos despertamos sudados y llamé para notificar a la recepción y la única solución fue irnos a otra habitación que estaba en otro piso y...

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「The resort was lovely, with lots of amenities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and having a coffee machine and kettle made our mornings that little bit easier.
