The complex is completely new and very quiet and the common areas are spacious. It stands out with a large pool with solarium and sunbeds to sunbathe.
The area is away from large overcrowded tourist centres with a local atmosphere, but still offers within a few minutes' walk all the necessary facilities such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beautiful fine sand beach famous for diving. Hiking lovers can depart from the same apartment along various paths to discover the unique coast, as well as small coves to swim in.
The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of people outside the reservation. Guests are also asked to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 10:00 pm.
Groups of young people under 20 years old are not accepted.
