"Another fantastic holiday in Glenelg, this time we celebrated my 40th birthday and I proposed to my girlfriend (she said yes). First time in this particular house and I have to say, it was perfect. "Very comfortable and cozy cottage by the shore with everything we needed as a small group with a young child. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals, we were close driving distance to beautiful hikes and vistas. Would definitely return and absolutely recommend. "

"Woodside is an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable and with a wonderful view of the countryside. We had visits from Red Squirrels, Pine Martens and even a Bank Vole, plus over 20 species of birds. It’s a nature lovers ideal home from home. "

"Beautiful location, off the beaten track but short drive to shops & civilisation at Mallaig. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture in a warm and well refurbished cottage. Marion was super helpful and responsive. Couldn’t be happier that I found this little gem. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here with our adult children for 3 nights. The property was amazing. My only regret was that we didn’t allow more time to just BE on the island and in the home. The view out of every window was phenomenal. The living room was so comfortable to hang out in and chat. There was no TV, but I appreciated that and there were a ton of games that I thought we would play but we didn’t get around to it. My husband and son fished off the island and caught a fish. The beds were super cozy...

"Waking up to the loch views every day was peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the birds and wildlife in the early morning and evening. Beds were comfortable, showers strong, and the kitchen is amazingly well equipped.We were happy with the location as we explored all over the isle, easily finding gas and delicious restaurants. Hiking trails throughout Skye were fun to discover from here."

"I loved my stay at Glenuig Inn. It is in a stunning location that just soothes the soul. The staff, Fiona, Jenny, Ryan, and Stephanie, were wonderful, welcoming, and helpful. The chef, Thomas, creates excellent meals, some of the best meals on our Scottish trip. We were in a transportation bind and they all helped us out! The community vibe is extraordinarily positive. Wonderful place!"
