“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We paid for a suite, but our room wasn’t ready while our second room was. We were offered a “special” room without the living room area included in the suite we paid for. Once inside, we discovered there was no mini fridge, no ice bucket for the Arizona heat, and no hot running water. We were never told we shared a common entry area with another room. Trying to be safe, we locked the entry door, not realizing it prevented our neighbors from entering. They repeatedly pounded……

“The resort feels more like a hotel with extra flare and not a resort. They’re going through renovations and the crews starting early to beat the heat beat my alarm. The Mountain View rooms are true but with the construction in the picture. The staff was very helpful and delightful to deal with. I would wait until they have the new builds finished before staying. We came here for the kids to enjoy the water park which they enjoyed while we were here so our trip was fulfilled in their eyes.……
