"It was the first time for us in this hotel, it was a bad experience because they didn't have any bottle of water in the room and the staff let us know to check in the fitness room and we want to fill our bottle water and the dispenser was empty 😡"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a last minute trip, booked here because others in our party booked here as well and spent close to $800 to stay here. Our very first night, My husband asked for some forks since nothing is provided in the kitchenette, and their little paper with the “rules” stated that you have to ask the front desk - so he did. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, had a nasty attitude, and would not give us any forks.. I went down later to ask for an extra blanket because my seven-year-old daughter was cold and the same lady refused to give me a blanket – Totally ridiculous, I’ve never heard of any hotel not accommodating their guests, especially with a simple request such as an extra blanket. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has an extra set of linens in their closet, but this hotel does not.. if you want fresh towels, you have to take your dirty ones down to the front and ask for clean ones, no pots and pans are provided. You have to go and ask for those as well-not convenient at all. Our walls were dirty, there were stains on the sheets and trash left under our bed. When we open the shade, you could see all the dirty grease marks on the headboard from where people put their heads.. GROSS There are tons of hotels in the area. SKIP THIS ONE. breakfast consisted of watered down coffee, nature valley granola bars, or Quaker, chewy granola bars, and yogurt and hard boiled eggs. A hard pass. - this is your warning! "

"Had a miserable experience due to the bed being so cheap. Not a hotel quality bed. It was a thin mattress on a aluminum frame. Creaked everytime you moved around. We were not able to sleep at all and ended up checking out early. Complete waste of money!!!! Would not recommend."

"The only negative was the closed pool bar. But at least the lobby bar was a close walk. Nice place to swim and relax. Surrounding areas were great for walking, shopping and especially bar/restaurant selection."

"We had the most wonderful stay! Our host, Mira, was extremely helpful and sweet. My son caught his first fish, the pool was absolutely beautiful, the house had every single thing we needed and more, and memories were made. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to rest, relax, and explore. The location was perfect as we were close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and recreational activities. We felt safe and it was a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of the city. 5 out of 5 stars from us!!!"

"Actually did not stay at the Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. We booked and when we showed up to check in they did not have the room we booked and paid for. The person at the desk informed us that although we had booked a double, we could have a king bed. Being unwilling to sleep with 4 people in one bed, we left and went elsewhere, after the desk clerk acted like it was difficult to cancel the reservation when they did not have the room they advertised. Very unhappy with the experience we had at Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. "
