Das Haus ist wunderschรถn eingerichtet und der Garten mit dem Pool und der Outdoorkรผche ist gigantisch. Das kleine Dorf hat leider nur eine Pizzeria. Unten in der Stadt gibt es aber alles zu kaufen. Elena ist sehr nett und gibt wertvolle Tipps und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank nochmals fรผr alles!

Schรถnes rustikales Haus mit traumhaftem Garten

Das Objekt besteht aus dem Haupthaus und dem etwa 100 m entfernten Gartengrundstรผck. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im engen Ortskern von Cissano und ist behutsam modernisiert, trotzdem finden sich an vielen Stellen noch Blicke auf die alte Bausubstanz. Es ist gut eingerichtet, an vielen Stellen auch mit alten Mรถbeln, die allerdings hier und da etwas zusammengewรผrfelt wirken. Es gibt ein groรŸes Esszimmer und ein groรŸes Wohnzimmer, jeweils mit Sat-TV (deutsche Programme). Die Kรผche hat einen groรŸen Gasherd, Kรผhlschrank mit Tiefkรผhlabteil (3 Sterne), Mikrowelle, mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, auch bzgl. Geschirr fehlt nichts Wesentliches , wenngleich manches schon sehr abgenutzt ist. Insgesamt ist alles soweit OK, wenn man keine Perfektion erwartet. Hier und da ist mal ein Haken lose, auch in Sachen Sauberkeit muss man รผber das eine oder andere Detail hinwegsehen. Der Garten ist toll mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten (mit Moskitonetz, trotzdem hatten wir kein รผbermรครŸigtes Stechmรผckenproblem), Kochstelle und Grill, Kรผhlschrank etc. Der Pool ist tiptop. Zur Beschreibung des Objekts einige Hinweise: Der "Wรคschetrockner" ist nur ein Klappgestell (Waschmaschine ist aber vorhanden). Das Haus hat einen schรถnen kleinen Innenhof zum Sitzen, den wir nicht erwartet hatten. AbschlieรŸend noch der Hinweis, dass es wegen der zentralen Lage morgens manchmal sehr laut war (z.B. Mรผllabfuhr) und das Haus nicht direkt anfahrbar ist - man muss sein Gepรคck vom Parkplatz im Garten hinauftragen.

Das Ferienhaus selbst war super gemรผtlich, groรŸ und alles was man brauch war da. Hier fehlt es nahezu an nichts, echt super.Wir waren zu 5. und hatten 3 super Badezimmer und genรผgend Platz fรผr Alle. Das Highlight war ganz klar der Garten. Etwas abgeschnitten vom Haus selbst und auch von allem anderen, dort war man fรผr sich in einen wunderschรถnen Garten mit Pool, Grill etc. alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Ein groรŸes Lob an die Gastgerin, super nett und immer da wenn man was braucht.Gerne wieder!

Sehr schรถne Lage, etwas abseits vom touristischen Hauptstrom in einem idyllischen Bergdorf und doch nah genug am nรคchsten grรถsseren Ort und insgesamt in der Region des Interesses. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein parkรคhnlich angelegtes Kleinod, dessen Lage nicht direkt am Haus dem Gebrauchswert keinen Abbruch tut. Der Gangabstand ist mit einer Minute kรผrzer als zum Pool einer zufรคlligen Ferienanlage und der Garten absolut abgeschirmt und privat. Die Vermieterin ist aktiv entgegenkommend und grosszรผgig. Abwicklung seriรถs und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem ein traumhaftes Urlaubsziel.

Korte vakantie

Leuk klein dorpje op 5 km afstand van Verbania. Het huis voldeed niet aan verwachtingen. De โ€œgarden of the godsโ€ ( tuin met zwembad) grenst niet aan perceel waar het huis op staat. 100 meter lopen met een bolderkar vol spullen. Verwachting was anders. Bij de woning slechts een donkere binnenplaats van 3 bij 3 Bubble bad was niet aanwezig, in plaats daarvan een douche met hydrojets. Verder vonden we de woning niet echt heel schoon, geconstateerde mankementen wel direct verholpen.

Ein italienisches Naturparadies mit Charme - An italian natureparadies with authentic charme

Unser Aufenthalt war einmalig italienisch. Der Garten ist trotz der Moskitos traumhaft schรถn und idyllisch mit kompletter Privatsphรคre. Die Gastgeberin Elena hat Moskitonetze installiert und uns Sprays gegeben. Wir haben uns damit gut arrangiert und konnten den Garten in vollen Zรผgen mit unserer Hรผndin nutzen. Der gesamte Garten ist umzรคunt. Elena und Familie kรผmmern sich rรผhrend um ihre Gรคste und stehen jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfรผgung. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist mitten in dem Wohnort Cissano verwurzelt. Man erlebt alles hautnah und lebt nicht fernab von Land und Menschen in einem touristischen Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt. Danke fรผr die traumhaft schรถne Zeit am Lago Maggiore, liebe Elena. Wir kommen irgendwann zurรผck! Our time was incredible italian. In the garden are mosquitoes. Our host Elena installed mosquito nets and gave us sprays though we could deal with it. It was a wonderful and amazing time, though. We lived very good and enjoined our time with barbecue, swimming and relaxing. Our dog had also a wonderful time, because the garden is completely fenced. Elena and her family took good care of us and was very helpful every time. The house has its own charm and the little village isn't touristic. We lived with italian people in their daily life with work and their leisure time. This is amazing and has its own character. The set of italian house and silent garden was perfect for us. Even wonen in Verbania

Prachtig huis met heel mooie tuin, waardoor je echt even het gevoel hebt hie het is om daar te wonen. Verbania is mooi en niet te druk in het hoogseizoen. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Elena doet enorm haar best om je te voorzien van alle benodigde informatie.

Traumhafter Garten, aber altes Haus

Unsere Bewertung fรคllt sehr zweigeteilt aus. Wรคhrend der Garten mit Pool sich als ein grรผnes Paradies herausstellte, schien uns das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und mรผsste dringend renoviert werden. Der Pool hat eine gute GrรถรŸe und ist nicht einsehbar. Das Grundstรผck umfasst eine riesige Flรคche mit sehr schรถner, vielfรคltiger Begrรผnung. Es gibt eine Toilette (nรผtzlich, da das Haus etwas entfernt liegt), ein Gartenhaus mit Kรผhlschrank und sehr viele. Sitzgelegenheiten. Lediglich die Mรผcken haben uns das kleine Paradies etwas vermiest. Das Haus wurde mehrfach angebaut und wirkt in der Raumaufteilung etwas planlos. GroรŸe Menschen ab 1,85cm mรผssen immer wieder bei Tรผrrahmen, Bรคdern und Lampen den Kopf einziehen. Die Zimmer sind groรŸ und funktional eingerichtet, aber oft sehr dunkel. Einige Mรถbel passen nicht gut ins Konzept und fรผr unseren Geschmack war es etwas zu viel Dekoration. Die Nachteile waren allerdings der Mief von zu viel Feuchtigkeit in den Rรคumen, der sich auch durch Lรผften kaum vertreiben lieรŸ und sich in den Schrรคnken festgesetzt hat. Einige Ecken besonders in den Bรคdern waren gammlig und die vielen alten Holzbalken und Steinen laden unzรคhlige Spinnen zum Netzbau ein. รœbrigens kann man den See auch nur von einem winzigen Balkon in einer engen Gasse (gegenรผberliegende Hauswand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt) sehen. Leider ist auch vom Garten der See nicht sichtbar. Es gibt also keinen Seeblick. In Summe haben wir uns leider nicht wohlgefรผhlt.

Ruhig und entspannt mit Blick auf den See

Die Wohnung war fรผr uns (2 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche) ideal. Sie ist sehr groรŸ mit 3 Schlafzimmern, bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Stauraum, 3 schรถne Bรคder, bequeme Betten und eine auรŸergewรถhnliche Architektur. Das Steinhaus befindet sich mitten im Ort in einem mittelalterlich anmutenden Gรคsschen, das in nur einer Minute FuรŸweg zu dem paradiesischen Garten fรผhrt. Dieser bietet eine รผppige Vegetation, mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, schattig und sonnig, und natรผrlich den herrlichen Pool, der sehr gepflegt ist. Grill, Gasherd, Geschirr - alles ist da zur freien Nutzung. Entgegen anderen Rezensionen hatten wir keine Schnakenplage (evtl. jahreszeitbedingt), der einen oder anderen Schnake begegnet man trotzdem, deshalb hatten wir vorsorglich Autan dabei. Man kann zu FuรŸ zum See gehen, das zieht sich aber. Besser ist es, die Buslinie 4 zu nehmen, die Haltestelle ist direkt unterhalb des Gartens und fรผhrt direkt runter nach Intra Verbania. Es gibt auch einen รถffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz, auch direkt unterhalb des Gartens. Elena ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist.

Schรถnes Haus mit wundervollem Garten

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen italienischen Dorf und ist fรผr 6 Personen genau die richtige GrรถรŸe. Das Highlight ist definitiv der tolle Garten mit Pool, der ca. 2-3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist (es gibt sogar einen kleinen Bollerwagen mit dem man z.B. Essen zum Garten transportieren kann) . Dort gibt es auch Grill, Kรผche und ein Klo sowie diverse Liegen und Sitzmรถglichkeiten sowie 2 groรŸe Esstische. Die Gastgeberin Elena hat sich top um alles gekรผmmert und unsere Fragen per Whatsapp schnell beantwortet. Mรผcken waren wรคhrend unseres Besuches schon ziemlich viele unterwegs, aber wir haben von Elena diverse Anti-Mรผcken Kerzen usw. bekommen, so dass es sich dann doch sehr gut aushalten lies. Der Lago Maggiore selbst ist auch nur ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, wobei wir hauptsรคchlich die Ruhe am Pool genossen haben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in dem Haus.

Bonne localisation mais maison pas agrรฉable

Points positifs: - Trรจs bonne situation. Proche de nombreux lieux touristiques. Verbania, ses commerces et restaurants facilement accessibles. - Parking ร  proximitรฉ de la maison. - Literie de qualitรฉ. Points nรฉgatifs: - Une trรจs mauvaise odeur d'รฉgouts difficilement supportable dans la maison pendant les deux semaines. Lors de l'utilisation du sรจche-linge, les habits restent imprรฉgnรฉs de cette mauvaise odeur pendant trois jours. De ce fait, nous avons passer le minimum de temps dans maison, juste le soir pour diner et dormir. - Lors de notre arrivรฉe, la visite et la description de la maison ont รฉtรฉ trรจs rapides (moins de 2 minutes!). Nous n'avons eu aucune explication sur la gestion des dรฉchets (jours et lieux de passage, quels types de dรฉchets dans quelle poubelle). C'รฉtait difficile pour nous car les rรจgles sont diffรฉrentes de celle dont nous avons l'habitude en France. Si la personne n'a pas le temps de donner les explications, ca pourrait รชtre bien de fournir les dรฉtails sur le fonctionnement de la maison dans un cahier. Apparemment, si on a des questions , on peut les poser par Whatsapp - Pas de systรจme occultant efficace. Nous avons รฉtรฉ rรฉveillรฉs par la lumiรจre du jour chaque matin. - Ustensiles de cuisines absents (grille pain, plat ร  tartes), de mauvaise qualitรฉ (couteaux de cuisine) ou cassรฉ (porte de rรฉfrigรฉrateur). Nous n'avons pas d'avis sur le jardin car nous ne nous sommes que trรจs rarement dรฉplacรฉs jusqu'au terrain oรน il y a le jardin et la piscine. Cependant, en dehors du problรจme de moustiques รฉvoquรฉ dans d'autres avis, le jardin avait l'air trรจs bien. En conclusion, nous louons des maisons de vacances trรจs souvent et nous avons รฉtรฉ dรฉรงu par celle-ci. Nรฉanmoins, nous avons profitรฉ de sa bonne localisation pour sortir beaucoup afin de dรฉcouvrir cette magnifique rรฉgion.

Erholsame Woche, trotz Schnaken

Haus ist sauber, mit italienischem Charme. Garten hat man fรผr sich alleine mit allen Mรถglichkeiten den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Also auch kochen, grillen usw. Das konnten wir aber leider nicht nutzen, da trotz Vorsorge seitens der Vermieter, und wir immer mit Autan, uns die Schnaken ab 16 Uhr aus dem Garten vertrieben haben. Sehr Schade.

Gemรผtliche Woche

Das Haus war sauber. Teilweise kleinere Mรคngel, kann man jedoch darรผber hinweg sehen. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes, war vor dem Haus eine Baustelle, dies war nicht so schรถn. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schรถn angelegt. Man ist vรถllig alleine und kann den Tag genieรŸen. Elena vor Ort hat sich um alles sehr gut gekรผmmert. Das Haus kann man weiterempfehlen.
