  • Your Arkadelphia adventure begins at this 1-king cottage. The serendipitous views of Suttle Ridge are captivating and perfect for your getaway. The bathroom features a tiled shower and amenities for convenience. Watch the deer prancing on the property and take in the birds singing with a view that’s breathtaking. This serene retreat offers a tremendous chance to unwind and recharge. We are centrally located and just 15 minutes off I-30, 15 minutes to Lake DeGray and just a short trip to both Hot Springs or Little Rock. You can also take a day trip to explore Crater State Park and Lake Catherine State Park. Other area attractions include Garvan Woodland Gardens. Come enjoy Cottage 3:12 at Suttle Ridge at DeGray.

Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. There were two large fans but it was a bit warmer than we would have liked. I reached out to the owners and they were quick to respond. Within the hour there was air conditioning installed and running. This was not expected at all. They made sure our stay was comfortable. The quarters itself were cute and comfortable for the two of us. During our stay we were able to take a relaxing walk to the pavilion on the property in the evening and the views were breathtaking. You can also spot deer roaming on the property. We did meet the owners during our stay and they were very friendly and helpful. This property is located far enough away from shops,stores and restaurants to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to get to those things in about 15minutes. We would definitely stay again! Thank you David and Angela.
