「Perfekte Lage, Strandnähe, Stadtnähe, Busverbindung in der Nähe, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, täglichen Room-Service mit allem was man sich wünschen kann, sogar die Teller werden täglich abgewaschen, auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen, sehr sehr freundlich, empfielt wirklich gute Ausflüge, Restaurants und Sachen anstatt Touristenfallen anzudrehen dafür nochmal ein Riesen Dankeschön!! In dieser Unterkunft lässt wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig, gerne wieder <33」

「Absolutely not what we expected! It is as a cheap quick last minute and I would return over and over! It was wonderful! Clean and friendly I did see reviews saying home from home and they were correct. The views are out of this world. Athena the manager makes your stay that extra special. Go on bbq night u won’t regret it! 」

「Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura è nuova e curata nei dettagli, la pulizia impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, la posizione è ottima e poi c’è un valore aggiunto: Babis, il proprietario, è una persona squisita e molto disponibile, ci ha fatti sentire a casa!」

「Excellent hotel with great service. We had a room with a private pool. It was great. The breakfast was also very generous. Tsivili is however a very touristic area. You miss the Greek authenticity…」

「We were staying here with 2 small children and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is located right on the water, and the building and surroundings are very beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs, with a fridge and small ring for basic cooking. The breakfast was fantastic, and our accommodation was cleaned regularly to a very high level. 「Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!」

「Merveilleux séjour d’une semaine en famille dans cette villa exclusive ( seulement 3 propriétés sur le site). Confort, luxe, petit déjeuner inclus et nombreux conseils utiles de Vicky pour rendre notre semaine inoubliable. Communication rapide et efficace avec l’hôtesse très serviable. Propriété neuve, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, climatisation, tv, ménage quotidien, spa sur place, piscine infinie avec vue mer ! N’hésitez plus… voiture essentielle cependant. 」

「All in all an amazing chilled out stay. Due to coming in October it was quiet which was lovely as had a great choice of all the sun beds. Olga and Leo who ran the pool bar were so hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance to the beach and all bars. Needless to say Will definitely return. 」

The location is excellent with plenty of pools to try nearby (al mare on the beach front is lovely and the bar behind does a great breakfast!) pool also next door just buy a drink. Good wifi, air con, bed is comfortable. We requested a kettle, hairdryer and iron on arrival and cleaning was done by request. 「This property is falsely advertised. It is above a pub opposite a fairground. Both played loud music until 3am. We moved to a new hotel after two nights it was so bad. I would not recommend staying here if you want to sleep!」

「We stayed in Athinais apartment for 10 nights. We were collected by taxi from the airport which was organised by the apartment team which costs €25 each way. On arrival there was a little mix up with the rooms which was swiftly sorted out and within 15 mins we were in the correct room. The apartment was really nice however it was lacking in the finishing touches. A couple of lightbulbs weren’t working and there wasn’t any toilet roll or toiletries.
