「good room」

「The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized. TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue. Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area.」

「Location, location, location! Great staff, good room on 4th floor with no one above us. Free parking at an off site lot; there is a shuttle. We love the historic status of the Basin. Free coffee in the lobby in the a.m. Could live without the added resort fee.」

「The room was very clean. The entire hotel was actually. The breakfast was very good. It had a spot for your animals to use the restroom outside. The woman who worked behind the counter in the morning this was extremely knowledgeable. She told me history about the town and some tourist attractions available. She gave suggestions which I greatly appreciated. 」
